  • Turnaround Times

    Delays
    Although delays are uncommon, sometimes things are beyond our control. No guarantee is implied by stated production and turnaround times. No refunds or credits will be issued for exceeding stated turnaround and production estimates.

    If your order is time sensitive, please consult one of our team members for best recommendations on minimizing the risk of delay.

    Production
    The production of your print products will not begin until your proof has been approved through our proof management system. Most print products will be staged for print production by 11am (9am for rush orders) during regular business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Any print products approved after the cut-off time will be staged for production the following business day.
  • Proofing

    We do not accept responsibility for proofing any orders you submit, and we will not accept responsibility for any copy or design errors committed (your error or our error) after the buyer has approved the order. Carefully proofread all designs before they are submitted to us. If changes are required, the additional time to re-make or change your job will affect the turnaround time.
  • Shipping & Local Pickup

    Local Pickup
    We ask that all local pick-up orders be picked up within 2 weeks. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks may be lost, damaged or trashed. We accept no responsibility for orders not picked up within the 2 week period. We urge you to please pick up your orders within a reasonable time.

    Shipping
    We can ship exclusively through UPS. Please note the shipping extent and limitations of their services still apply to us, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or during legally observed holidays.

    If you would like your package shipped with your own shipping account you maybe responsible for additional processing charges and extended turnaround times.
  • Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

    Digital Goods & Services
    No refunds or returns will be allowed for any digital products or services. In limited cases at our discretion, partial store credit may be issued to partially completed digital orders for cancellations requested before an initial proof has been presented.

    Print Goods & Services
    The buyer shall have the right to cancel any print goods or service order only in the following circumstances:

    1) An order has not been batched for print production.

    2) If we have failed to deliver the goods within 28 days of the estimated production time.

    The buyer shall have the right to exchange any print goods or service only in the following circumstances:

    1) In the case of faulty goods at the earliest opportunity after the buyer has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 14 days after notice of shipment or pickup has been sent).

    Faulty goods means containing a fault or defect; imperfect or defective goods not approved in a proof, or that does not fall within our margins of error, or that was not caused by improperly designed files, or that is caused by limitations or specifications of the substrate.


    Refunds & Credits
    Refunds and credits issued under the above stated circumstances may be subject to processing fees. We will only reverse a transaction if requested on the same day, before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, the transaction is processed as a void. After that time, the transaction is automatically batched and submitted for settlement and cannot be voided. Any transaction reversed after batching is processed as a credit within 7-10 business days. Voids incur no fees, but credits will incur a 5% payment transaction fee. Store credit may be requested in lieu of refund and will incur no fees.
  • Design Policy

    Most orders designed by VueOne will be property of VueOne unless otherwise specified. In the case that a customer would like the original files, they can be purchased. We can send you a proof of your designs but we will not be able to send you a full resolution file unless the design is purchased. If you would like to purchase a previously designed order please contact any manager at VueOne. In the case that a design has images from a 3rd party stock company, all images not purchased will need to be removed before the files are sent at a high resolution.

    All design concepts used within the scope of this project are property of VueOne unless otherwise purchased by the client. We retain all rights to reuse and resell any concepts not used in the final artwork.
  • Image License Agreement

    You, the client, cannot create a "service mark" or "trademark" using images belonging to VueOne or its licensors. All designs with images belonging to or licensed to VueOne or any 3rd party image provider can be tagged with "Copyright 2017, vueone.com and its licensors. All rights reserved. 800-616-3816". All designs with images belonging to VueOne that contain a famous person(s) will be tagged with this additional line: "The person/product in this image does not endorse these products; their image is used for illustrative purposes only."
  • Color Matching

    VueOne Design does not guarantee exact color, brightness or darkness for prints jobs due to the gang run printing process of our printing partners. If you need exact color matching you must request it while making your order and will be specified in your invoice.
  • UPS Address Validation Fee

    If a mistake has been made in the address, UPS will make every reasonable effort to find the correct address and deliver the shipment if it is within the same destination country. An additional charge for this service will be billed to you.
